U.S. Bellows, Inc. custom designed this tied universal expansion joint for a facility in California. The bellows are fabricated from 316 stainless steel. The assembly measures 48" in diameter and 90" in length. The units are designed 3" axial, 2" lateral and 450°F at 150 psig. A dye penetrant examination and hydro-test was conducted prior to shipment.
