U.S. Bellows, Inc. fabricated this 84" diameter universal expansion joint with refractory lining for an FCC unit in Texas. The unit is designed with 321 stainless steel bellows and carbon steel flanges. It is lined with a 4" thick refractory lining and measures 96" in overall length. The bellows long seams were 100% x-rayed and dye-penetrant tested.
