U.S. Bellows designed and manufactured 6" diameter single expansion joints for a pipeline in Texas. They are fabricated from 304 stainless steel and capable of 0.92" axial movement, 0.14" lateral movement and are designed for 400 psig at an operating temperature of 450°F. The assemblies include external covers to protect the bellows from outside damage during plant construction and later during maintenance. All expansion joints were hydro-tested to 600 psig prior to shipping.
