U.S. Bellows, Inc. designed single expansion joints with limit rods for a pipeline application. They are fabricated from 304L stainless steel and have a 16" diameter. The expansion joints were designed for 1/2" axial movement and 265°F at 210 psig. All expansion joints were hydro-tested at 315 psig, 100% dye penetrant and the bellows longitudinal seams were x-ray examined prior to shipment.
